Teagasc Moorepark

Located on the Teagasc campus at Moorepark, Fermoy, Co. Cork, the Paddy O’Keeffe Innovation Centre for the advancement of Irish grassland and dairying is a research centre supporting 200 staff and researchers.  The 2,200 square metre building contains offices, laboratories, a lecture theatre and support services.

The Moorepark area has an elevated risk of karst-related subsidence and David Kelly Partnership designed the ground investigation and provided advice at site selection stage to minimise this risk.  We also designed the building superstructure and foundations, and inspected the structural works as they progressed on site.
