David Kelly Partnership provided a full design team service for the construction of new changing rooms and associated accommodation adjacent to the existing modern school complex building at Pobalscoil na Tríonóide, Youghal, Co Cork.
From the initial sketch plans preparation, David Kelly Partnership also submitted and acquired all of the necessary statutory approvals; tendered the works in accordance with public procurement guidelines; prepared the necessary construction documents; monitored the works during construction and certified the works on completion.
The works were carried out to a very high standard and to the client’s satisfaction with minimal disruption on the day-to-day running of the school.
